Program
Dan Dad Einarsen, sons Eric (10) and Nathanial (13) gave us a great talk about 4-H and this year's Arapahoe County Fair, which will be at a central location for the first time in 20 years.
This year's fair will be in the new Fairgrounds, off E-470 and Quincy. The County's 100 anniversary is this year. The new facilities will be available for many other activities and sits on 100 acres of open space.
Both young men started with the 4-H when they were five years old. The credit their father for their involvement.
Kye spoke up about the quality of the organization and the meat they produce. She and her husband plan on bidding next Sunday for one of the animals.
Marbles
For the second week in a row, Randy's number was drawn. He gave the $10 to Sox Place and pulled a clear marble.
Missing Rotarians
You know who you are and we miss you!!
A brief meeting regarding Sox Place was held after the meeting. Mark Gale discussed getting a letter from Sox to give to the Embassy Suites and other places that want to donate perishable food to the facility. Frank will handle that and Ben will do the shopping for the sale meat from King Soopers.
