Program

Chris Miller from "Rebuild together," formerly Christmas in April.

The non-profit was founded in 1999. The group rebuilds, rehabs etc. homes for the underprivileged, aged, handicapped and those less-fortunate.

There are 24 million low-income homeowners in the U.S. now and numbers are growing.

Last year, the national non-profit passed 105,000 homes rebuilt. Homeowners must pass close scrutiny to qualify. All services are at no cost to homeowners.

Corporate sponsors pay $5 grand to do one home and non-profits pay $3000.

He showed a 7 minute video highlighting several local houses being worked on.

Pete has done this in the past and heartily recommended the project to us.

Marbles

Randy had his ticket drawn, donated the $10 back to the Club and drew a clear marble. Next week we should come close to $1000 to the winner and less than 25 marbles in the bag.

Please contact Jennifer now to tell her you will be at District Assembly. This is very important to the growth of this Club.

Please contact Jeff Piercy about portable sewing machines that are needed by Southern Exposure, a non-profit mission organization. They take the machines to Mexico and teach locals how to use them. The fruits of their labor is helping them out of poverty. Please help Jeff.
