Invocation--Roxy
Pledge--Charlie

President Jennifer was late with the bell--7:33 a.m.

Announcements

Kent introduced Cliff D., our only guest, but he is actually a honorary member.

Kent’s Rotary minute consisted of telling us about Rotary Action Groups. They are tied to a specific interest and more information can be found at the Rotary website, www.Rotary.org. (Thanks Tom)

Dan H. shared information about this year’s project at the Denver Children’s Home and their Christmas party. Cliff will again be Santa and they need gifts. Dan passed out kid’s names and wish list.

Jennifer reminded us that we will be dark 12/11, because of that week’s Holiday party.

She also gave us final info about the Business Expo and told all that are working shifts to please be on time.

  • Dan R. gave sadness money, as all his teams lost.

Program

Kent introduced Tom Keller.

He spoke for over a 1/2 hour about inventor Nikoli Tesla. He showed us an example of the 1891 invention, the Tesla coil. His passion was incredible and his information just as good. Several members of the Club were able to answer some of his questions.

Marbles

Hank’s number was drawn by our speaker and he pulled a clear marble. The pot rolls over.

Roxy adjourned the meeting at 8:30.
