Centennial Rotary Wins District 5450 Ethics Award

The vision for the award is to encourage the practice of Ethics among the Rotary Clubs in District 5450, using the Four-Way Test as a tool in creating awareness throughout the community.

Centennial Rotarians Tour Wings Over the Rockies Museum

Quad District Foundation Dinner 2012

Centennial Rotary Club filled two tables of Rotarians and guests at the Annual Quad District RI Foundation Dinner on January 13th. Barbara, Brazilian Exchange Student, is pictured in this photo with RI President, Kalyan Banerjee, who was the keynote speaker at the event.

Holiday Fund Raising and Laughter!

PE Andres Osuna and Katherine Henschen (as Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) presided over the traditional auction of travel gifts at the Centennial Rotary annual holiday party! The party was hosted by Mary Alice and Charlie Jackson and included a sumptuous array of appetizers and libations. Throughout the year, as club members travel, they bring back gifts from the places they visit and the gifts are auctioned off at the holiday party. This year's auction raised $1,600 for the club foundation.

Past President (2008-2009) Henry (Hank) Henschen 1941-2011 This past Saturday we lost a very special member of our club. Hank lost his four year battle with cancer, but not before leading a very courageous fight. With an ever positive attitude and the desire to keep on enjoying life and giving to others, he was an inspiration to all of us. Hank was a member of the Denver Mile High club and then a Charter Member of the Centennial Rotary Club. He was a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, a Foundation Sustaining member, and on the Board of Directors for many years. He will be missed.
