Club Service - Flower Power

After the Colorado Home and Garden Show is over, the organizers of the show allow Rotarians pick up the showroom flowers and distribute them to local  retirement communities, nursing homes, and hospices.  To help distribute the flowers, meet at the King Soopers at Arapahoe and Holly.  Mark Gale will be there with the flowers in the BAT.  If you can participate contact Mary Alice Jackson cmajack@me.com

Community Event - Interfaith Nibbles and Sips Goes to Paris

An evening of Raising the Roof to Prevent Homelessness and Hunger.  The Honorary Chair is John Brackney and the Emcee is Mike Nelson.  Wine and Beer Tasting and Food Sampling.  Includes a Live and Silent Auction.  Our club has a table and seats are still available for only $50.  Contact Diane Zing  dzing@aol.com

Club Service - Deliver Journals to Elementary School

Club members will be delivering Journals to elementary school children.  The children each created their own artwork for the covers of the journals.  The covers were then bound with paper to creat a custom journal for each child.  The journals are integrated into the curriculum by the teachers. It is a priceless experience to see the pride and joy on the faces of the students when they receive their journals.   if you would like to help deliver the journals, please contact Mary Alice at 303-400-3641
